Returns
We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or partially used.
Refunds
If your return meets the above criteria, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items marked as final sale, custom orders, or products that have been opened and used unless defective.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
