Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, a 60% refund will be issued. The remaining 40% will cover operational costs. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, as our team will still dedicate their time to your booking. Rescheduling: We are happy to offer a one-time complimentary rescheduling for no-shows or late cancellations if you contact us to rebook within 14 days, subject to availability.
